RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS

  • In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser is entitled to withdraw from the agreement without paying penalties and without specifying their reasons, within 14 days from receipt of the Goods.  Complaints about the difference in the appearance of the products ordered to received, that result solely from the difference in the parameter settings of client's computer monitor settings, especially an insignificant difference in colors and shades, do not give rise to a claim. It is not permitted the return/exchange of the Products made on special request. 

RETURN

  • In order to Return the Goods the customer should fill in and sent a Return form via e-mail to sklep@fancyu.pl and return the Goods to the Store within 14 days of receipt of the Goods to the following address::

  • The Goods must be returned in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or dirtied) and with all accessories and documentation where present and without manifest signs of use. We do not accept the Goods returned by cash on delivery.
  • The Online Shop guarantees the refund of the Goods price and the shipping cost. If the Consumer chose a shipping method other than the cheapest shipping method available in the Online Store, the Seller is not obligated to refund the additional costs of delivery. A reimbursement will be sent to the Customer’s account indicated in the Return form  within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the receipt of the Goods by the Store.  

EXCHANGE

  • In order to exchange the Goods the Customer should fill in and sent an Exchange form via e-mail to sklep@fancyu.pl within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. The Customer will receive information about  the availability of requested product. If so the exchanged Goods must be sent within 14 days to the Store to the following address:

  • The Goods must be returned  without manifest signs of use. Exchange shipping expenses are to be paid by the Customer. We do not accept the Goods returned by cash on delivery. If the price of the new Good will be higher than the price of the returned - Client is obliged to pay the difference to FancyU s.c  bank account number PL55 1750 0012 0000 0000 3159 3468.
    Please give your order number in the transfer title.  The new Goods will be sent as soon as we receive the exchanged Goods and the payment.

    If the price of the new Good will be lower than the price of the returned we'll refund you the difference to the bank account given in the Exchange form within 14 days of receipt of the exchanged Goods. 

COMPLAINT

  • The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint  if the Goods that bought turn out tobe faulty or does not look or work as advertised. In order to make a complaint please fill in the Complaint form and sent it together with the Goods on the following address:

  • Shipping expenses are to be paid by the Customer. We do not accept the Goods returned by cash on delivery.
  • If the Goods are damaged during transport to the Customer, the Customer is obliged to prepare a damage report, together with the courier, The damage report will serve as a basis for the Complaint request.
  • The Complaint will beconsidered within 14 days after  delivery of the Goods and the Complaint form  to the shop. In the caseof a justified complaint, after its recognition, the damaged Good will berepaired or replaced by another, and if it is impossible (for example, due tolack of Good on stock), the Online Shop will reimburse the Client with theequivalent price of the Good or offer other Goods available in the store. Inthe case of replacement of the Good to another, if the price of the new Goodwill be higher than the price of the returned - Client is obliged to pay thedifference. If the price of the new Good will be lower than the price of thereturned – the Seller shall pay the difference.
